To exchange a purchased product for another, follow the returns procedure (send the goods to us together with the returns form). Then place and pay for a new, separate order for the new product.
Complaints
If the product you have received is faulty or damaged, you can make a complaint. Please complete the product complaint form (available below) and send the faulty product to us along with it. In the form, please describe the issue with the product in detail and select the form of compensation you wish to receive. We have 14 working days to review your complaint from the date it is submitted. We will keep you informed of the progress via email.
