Terms and Conditions

§1 General provisions

  1. The online shop operating at [shop website address] is run by:

  2. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online shop, placing orders, delivery of goods, payment, withdrawal from the contract and making complaints.
  3. The shop sells dietary supplements and health-promoting products exclusively within Poland.

§2 Definitions

  1. Customer – a natural person, legal person or organisational unit making a purchase in the shop.
  2. Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
  3. Seller – the owner of the online shop, as defined in §1.
  4. Goods – products available in the online shop, including dietary supplements.
  5. Sales Agreement – a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
  6. Terms and Conditions – this document.

§3 Placing orders

  1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the shop’s website.
  2. Placing an order is subject to acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and the provision of the data necessary to process the order.
  3. After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirming receipt of the order.
  4. The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.

§4 Prices and payments

  1. All prices listed in the shop are in Polish zlotys and include VAT.
  2. The price listed next to the product is binding at the time the order is placed.
  3. The Customer may make payment by
    : traditional
    bank transfer, online payment (e.g. Przelewy24, PayU),
    or cash on delivery (where available).

§5 Delivery

  1. Goods are delivered within Poland via courier companies, parcel lockers or Poczta Polska.
  2. Order processing time is usually 1–3 working days.
  3. Delivery costs are quoted at the time of placing the order and depend on the chosen delivery method.

§6 Right to withdraw from the contract

  1. A Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement (e.g. an email or a returns form).
  3. Returns must be sent to the following address: [returns address], no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
  4. Products that have been unpacked or tampered with for hygiene reasons are not eligible for return (Section 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).
  5. The refund will be processed immediately upon receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method.

§7 Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding goods may be submitted by email or post.
  2. The complaint must describe the problem, include a photo of the product and provide the order details.
  3. Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.
  4. If the complaint is upheld, the product will be repaired, replaced or refunded.

§8 Personal data

  1. The data controller is the Seller.
  2. Data is processed for the purposes of order fulfilment, maintaining a customer account, marketing and analytical activities.
  3. The customer has the right to access, correct, restrict the processing of, and request the erasure of their data.
  4. Further details can be found in the Privacy Policy.

§9 Final provisions

  1. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The new version shall take effect from the moment it is published on the shop’s website.
